What’s interesting about the market this week is we’re starting to see some waterfront homes coming on, which is unusual when there’s still snow on the ground.
But some stunning homes at great prices. And it’s a chance to get ahead of the spring market.
People often ask us, how’s the market?
And the beginning of our answer is always, it’s interesting.
People are interested in what’s happening with interest rates and what will happen with prices.
And we always often rely on people that are smarter than us.
