Did you feel the darkest winter? ⛅
Our excitement this past week or so has been for first time buyer clients who we've been working with since 2019. They persevered and have just firmed up the offer on their first home. We couldn't be happier for them to start this new chapter!
3 things to celebrate this weekend☘️ 🥀🏫
We are looking forward to the first crocuses and a whole new crop of for sale signs. The spring real estate market has already started. Check out our video update where Lorna talks about the 20% drop in home values (spoiler alert - it's not that bad).
Daylight savings time - love it or hate it?
Lynn had a hilarious text exchange with a couple of first-time buyers this week. In a few GIF's they showed the full range of emotions that buyers experience. Lynn put them into a video so you can laugh too.
1.7 million reasons why we aren't retiring 💵
March has come in like a lion and the Spring Market has started! It's so encouraging to see an increase in new listings and sales in the past week. Are you starting to think about your next home? Take a look at our weekly link to upcoming open houses - it's a great way to "kick the tires".
Just in case February wasn't depressing enough, Money Sense magazine tells us that we need to save $1.7 million to retire! We've included a link to the article - let us know what you think.
Are you an innie or an outie?🎿
Are you like Lorna during these final weeks of winter? Just wanting to hunker down by a cozy fire? Or are you like Lynn? Enjoying moments of sunshine with long walks in the woods? Basically, are you an "innie" or an "outie"?
If you are looking for a new spot to grab a bite, we recommend Beachside BBQ in Bath. So nice to see another thriving business in the area.
