Your REALTOR® is going to put you on a home search so that you can see what’s out there and what things are selling for. And check out the different neighbourhoods so that when it’s time to start actually looking at homes, you know what’s out there, you know where you want to look.
It’s also going to give you some time to get to know your REALTOR® which is great because the more they know you, the more they can find the right house for you.
