On June 30, the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association joined Ontario Regional Technology & Information System. This is exciting news for our clients!

ORTIS is a not-for-profit corporation created in 2015 that is wholly owned and controlled by its member real estate associations. ORTIS has grown from 7 member associations to over 20 and strives to be the preferred MLS® and technology provider for real estate associations and REALTORS®, which enables its users to provide superior solutions to their clients.
Using ORTIS’s Matrix® MLS® system, we now have access to all real estate boards that are members.
Why is this a big deal?
We work with so many clients who are looking to buy or sell outside of the boundaries of the Kingston real estate board.
