I’m looking at the stats this week and the number of conditional deals is over half of the pending deals number, which is great for buyers because they can make sure that their financing is in place and the home is in good condition with a home inspection.
It’s also good for sellers because they know that the deal is going to go through because the money is in place and their home is in good shape.
It’s good news all around.
