You might have heard that the market is dead and that nothing is selling out there.
Well, last week, 96 new listings came on the market, and 35 of those listings have sold.
What’s really interesting is that houses were sitting for a long time before the holidays. We saw good homes that are in great shape with updates that are well priced, nicely presented by their realtors, and selling in multiple offers.
Again, what that means is there are buyers out there that are hungry to buy a good home.
