Hey folks. You can see the stats above but I want to talk a little bit about the market shifting.
What we’re seeing right now is that the homes are a little longer to sell so the days on market are starting to grow. Homes are still selling but what this means for us is whereas we were advising in the peak market in the last couple of years, our sellers should find a place to live first before selling their home.
Just to reduce stress and reduce your risk, we are advising our sellers to sell their homes, make sure that’s secure before moving on to purchasing a home.
