Changing times in the market sometimes requires creativity. We have been working with a number of buyers who have a locked-in interest rate and they wanna buy now before that interest rate goes higher and affects their ability to qualify for a mortgage. So sometimes you have to be creative because sellers aren’t quite ready to move as quickly as the buyers would like.

So we had an experience last week where the buyers hadn’t accepted an offer on a home, but the closing was later than they wanted. And the buyers offered it rent-free and it worked out for everyone.

So if you are worried that you’re under a time crunch, give us a call and we’ll talk about how we can help you.
