Kingston Residential Housing Market Update – January 2020

The January housing market was hot!  Homeowners who sold in January 2020 were rewarded with a 12.2% increase in average sales prices.  Buyers continue to be frustrated with the competitive market.  Homes priced under $400,000 continue to attract multiple offers and 198 properties sold without conditions.  With only 2.6 months of inventory available, buyers must be ready to move quickly when a great property hits the market.
