Last week, there were 19 homes that sold conditionally that came back on the market.
So what does that mean?
It means that the buyers walked away for some reason.
It could be that they weren’t able to get their financing for the property.
It could mean that there was something in the home inspection that they weren’t comfortable with.
But what it means is just because of home is sold conditionally, doesn’t mean that you still don’t have a chance at it.
A lot of these sellers are open to backup offers.
So what is that? It’s a second place offer that if their first one falls through, then your offer comes into play.
