Location matters
Last week, I said that we were at the bottom end of a balanced market and moving toward a buyer’s market. Today, we looked at some data by neighbourhood, and there were huge differences. Some neighbourhoods are definitely in buyer’s territory.
Homes are moving slowly while others’ homes are still moving quickly. It really depends on the location price points, and it’s interesting. It really drives your strategy as a buyer and your strategy as a seller.
