Non-Competing Offer Market Update
I don’t know what happened this week.
But I can tell you I have two buyers. They’re both looking.
One’s in the four thousand. One’s in the 500 thousand.
They’ve been looking for a while. One has put in seven or eight offers on different places, competing every time and lost, and it’s heartbreaking.
But they just both conditionally bought homes with no competition.
So I don’t know what’s going on out there.
Nice neighbourhoods, good, solid houses.
