A good news story today!!!
We’ve been working with a couple of first-time buyers since 2019.
They started the process at the end of the year, and then the market went crazy. So, they bailed and said, “we’ll just wait for a while.”
In 2021, near the end of the year, we started looking again.
But, of course, things went nuts again. We made an offer a year ago, and the place went for 140 over asking, so it was still crazy.
Times changed.
Jobs changed.
Other things changed.
I reached out to them again this January, and we started looking again, and they have just gone firm on their first house. YAY!
