Lynn first discovered the Kingston area as a university student in the 1990s. After living in Vancouver and Toronto, she returned to the region with her family in 2016, drawn by the area’s natural beauty, strong communities, and lifestyle. She has since built a trusted real estate practice grounded in integrity, transparency, and long-term client relationships.

Before real estate, Lynn was a software consultant prior to becoming an entrepreneur. Lynn successfully ran her own business, Lynn’s Lids, selling handcrafted hats online and at major artisan shows, including the One of a Kind Show. Her background in small business ownership, combined with experience in IT, gives her strong research, technology, problem solving, and communication skills—assets her clients rely on throughout the buying and selling process.

A full-time resident of Amherst Island, Lynn is also a dedicated community volunteer, currently a director on the A.I. Recreation Association board as well as the Kingston & Area Real Estate Association board. Outside of work, she enjoys interviewing local artists for her podcast Studio Stories, spending time outdoors, knitting, yoga, and time with her family and their whoodle.
