Lynn Wyminga is an award-winning REALTOR® based on Amherst Island, serving Kingston, Napanee, Amherstview, Bath, Odessa, Gananoque, and South and Central Frontenac, as well as surrounding communities across Eastern Ontario. Lynn first discovered the Kingston area as a university student in the 1990s. After living in Vancouver and Toronto, she returned to the region with her family in 2016, drawn by the area’s natural beauty, strong communities, and lifestyle. She has since built a trusted real estate practice grounded in integrity, transparency, and long-term client relationships.

Before real estate, Lynn successfully ran her own business, Lynn’s Lids, selling handcrafted hats at major artisan shows, including the One of a Kind Show. Her background in small business ownership, combined with experience in software consulting and training, gives her strong research, technology, and communication skills—assets her clients rely on throughout the buying and selling process.

Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, knitting, yoga, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their whoodle.
