It Takes Two!

I am excited to introduce my new business partner, Lynn Wyminga.

Lynn earned her real estate license just as the Spring Market was at its peak and she hit the ground running. We are finally catching our breath! So I thought it was time to formally announce our partnership.

Raised in Unionville and, later, the family orchard in Colborne, Lynn studied at Queen’s University and BCIT. Lynn honed her tech skills as a trainer and developer in the software industry. That is also where she met her husband, Owen. As a young mother of two boys, Lynn launched a successful business (Lynn’s Lids) selling hand knit, felted hats online and at craft shows across the country.

I met Lynn 5 years ago when she became my neighbour on Amherst Island. Just for fun, I would help in her Lynn’s Lids booth at local craft shows. We were a “well oiled selling machine”! When an injury made knitting impossible, Lynn was looking for a new career. In an off-hand comment I said “My business is growing. We are a great team. You should get your real estate license!”. With that, a new partnership was born!

Lynn and I share a commitment to providing an exceptional experience to everyone of our valued clients. Lynn’s background in technology and her experience as an entrepreneur elevates our ability to use smart tools and strategies to deliver a creative, smooth, professional service. We are proud to be a part of the Nadeau Real Estate Group brokered by eXp Realty of Canada Inc. – Canada’s fastest growing real estate brokerage

Side Gig – When we aren’t busy helping families buy or sell homes, we are volunteer hosts on CJAI FM 92.1. Check out the Friday Morning Show weekly from 8 am – 10 am. Listen in as we chat about real estate, local happenings, useless trivia, and play our favourite music.
